Returns
Due to the nature of our service we cannot offer returns of refunds.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
What is your general refund policy?
As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our skilled staff, our refund policy is as follows:
- If you do not pick up your order, we do not provide a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both orders. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer.
- If there is a defect in your product please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery of your order. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
- If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
- Cancellations and/or changes for decorated cake orders, must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up or delivery time. No guarantees can be made that a change is possible for a custom order.
- Retainer fees are non refundable and are not applied to any future orders.
- No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
- If an order is damaged in transit after pickup, no refund would be provided. (Highly recommend including a delivery)
